Documents Required

  • Passport Copy of Shareholders
  • OMAN ID Card Copy (if available)
  • Name of The Company (5 names required, any one will be selected)
  • Activity to be added in CR

  • CR registration
  • Chamber of Commerce registration
  • OCCI membership card
  • Tax card/certificate
  • VAT certificate
  • Audited feasible study to submit in Chamber of Commerce
  • Audited experience certificate of owner
  • Assistance in showing cash capital for opening new CR
  • Investor/administrative partner visa (1 only)
  • Activity adding into CR (1 only) (multiple activities can also be added)
  • Pro service for the above

Company Registration Details

  • Grade: SPC or LLC
  • Validity: 3 years
  • Cash capital: $25,000
  • Activity to be added in CR

Payment Terms

  • 50% advance upon approval of quotation
  • 25% advance upon forming CR, OCCI card, tax card, VAT certificate, and feasible studies
  • 25% final amount upon presenting clearance from manpower and visa from ROP

ADDITIONAL EXPENSE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE

  • 30 OMR for Government Medical
  • 11 OMR for ID card
  • 50 OMR at ROP for local transfer (not mandatory)
